1. Order:
   Mark with an X the products you wish to receive for inspection at home.
   Make sure to fill in all details correctly, especially your class year.
   Photomic products can only be ordered by a parent/guardian or pupil if at an age of majority.
   If the order is placed by a parent/guardian, the parent/guardian will be liable for any future purchases.
2. Delivery:
   Delivery is directly to the home address specified when placing your order.
   Following delivery, you have the option of selecting and purchasing specific items from the portrait series at a
   regular product price.
   We reserve the right to split your delivery.
3. Right to return:
   Deliveries for inspection at home are subject to a right to return within 14 days.
   When returning any unwanted products, affix the correct postage recommended by the Post Office.
   Return of goods and payment must be made within 14 days following delivery.
4. Payment:
   Use the enclosed payment slip to make payment within 14 days.
   If paying by other means, please quote your OCR number.
   Should you wish to purchase the entire batch, you have the option of paying three instalments
   into our bank giro account. A fee of SEK 20 is charged for each instalment.
   A payment reminder will result in the application of a regular product price
   and cancellation of any special offers. You will also be charged a penalty fee of SEK 50.

Photomic is member of SER, Sveriges Elevfotografers Riksförbund (Swedish School Photographers' Association) and comply with the agreement entered into by SER and the Swedish Data Inspection Board as to the processing of personal data in connection with school photography.
